دانلود فایل مقاله پزشکی پاركينسون (7 صفحه word) مقایسه روشهای درمانی بیماری پارکینسون در طب جدید و طب سنتی و بررسی دو بیمار
تعریف و مشخصات بیماری:
پارکینسونیسم بیماری است که در تمام نژادها رخ می دهد ، شیوع آن با افزایش سن بیشتر می شود و هر دو جنس تقریبا به یک میزان مبتلا می شوند. علائم این بیماری شامل 4 علامت اصلی است:

• لرزه 2- هیپوکنیزی 3- رژیدیته 4- اختلال راه رفتن و قامت

جز موارد نادری که اتیولوژی ارثی دارد یا به دنبال مصرف داروها یا بعضی سموم می باشد در بقیه موارد علت این بیماری ایدیوپاتیک است.
پاتولوژی:
از بین رفتن سلولهای پیگمانته در ماده سیاه و دیگر مراکز ساقه مغز، از بین رفتن سلولهای گلوبوس پالیروس و پوتان در هسته های قاعده ای، ساقه مغز و نخاع و گانگلیون های سمپاتیک.
از نظر نوروشیمیایی مهم ترین عامل شناخته شده کاهش دوپامین در سیستم ترشح کننده دوپامین نگیرواستریاتال می باشد.
یافته های بالینی:
الف: لرزه: معمولا لرزه پارکینسونیسم 4-6 هرتز و مشخصا در حالت استراحت بارز تر است
